Peer Review Process

Submitted manuscripts are first reviewed by the editors to determine whether they meet the journal’s scope, edition theme, and submission guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this initial screening will be assigned to qualified reviewers for a peer-review process.

Juridisch Research: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum applies a double-blind peer review system, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and relevance to the subject matter of the manuscript. The final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript is made solely by the editors, based on the reviewers’ recommendations.

Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited.
All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software (Turnitin or equivalent). Therefore, proper citation and quotation practices must be observed by the authors.
