Archive Policy

Juridisch Research: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is committed to ensuring long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. The journal employs multiple archiving systems to safeguard its digital materials.

Digital Archiving Systems

The journal utilizes the following preservation services:

1. LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)
   To create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries.

2. CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS)
   To provide secure, long-term preservation with open access in the event of journal content being unavailable.

3. PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
   Integrated with OJS to preserve all published articles and ensure continued access.

4. Institutional and National Repositories
   Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit published versions of their articles in university repositories, national libraries, or other digital archives.

Self-Archiving Policy

Authors may archive:

• Submitted versions (pre-print)

• Accepted versions (post-print)

• Published versions (PDF)

as long as the original publication in Juridisch Research: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is properly cited.
