Abstract
The aim of the research is to develop Wangi - Wangi, Wakatobi tourism so that improvements and creative thinking are needed to realize the growth of the tourism sector, especially the improvement of facilities and infrastructure that are still felt to be minimal, such as lodging. Wakatobi Regency, Wangi-Wangi District, Southeast Sulawesi, which has tourism potential in Wangi-Wangi District, is Toliamba Peak, which is located on a plateau in the mountains. the potential for exotic peaks of Toliamba and the right view in designing villas apart from developing peak tourism, for developing the potential of the district area.
Descriptive method, method of discussing aspects related to building facilities to architectural concepts with a study method of compiling primary data and secondary data, to design an integrated facility to accommodate the Wakatobi tourism economic sector, creativity, collaboration, commercial, and accommodate the activities of the actors tour.
The conclusion is that the application of the concepts of return to nature and green building in planning, applied to the use of materials readily available on site, ventilation in the building and energy sources, can constitute solutions that take advantage of the potential of nature and minimize the negative effects caused and the efficiency of the use of construction materials and energy.
