Because there is no large-scale shopping center in Konawe Regency, the surrounding people prefer to leave the city to make ends meet, and that has an impact on the economic turnover of the area.
The use of futuristic architectural concepts in shopping center design aims to create design results that reflect the future in the technological era like today. Futuristic architecture provides freedom in expressing or expressing ideas or ideas into a form of unusual, creative and innovative display. It is hoped that the design of this shopping center can provide solutions for the surrounding community for business needs, places to work, gathering places, places to socialize, places for entertainment and family recreation on weekends, and city parks for the surrounding community.
